Hetti is team member and lead counsel in numerous patent litigation cases. She advises international market leaders, as well as small and medium-sized corporations, in the fields of mobile telecommunications, construction, pharma, medical engineering, mechanics etc. Hetti is very experienced in patent litigation cases concerning standard essential patents (SEPs), including antitrust and FRAND limitations. She is also familiar with patent and utility model law as well as trade mark, copyright, domain law and unfair competition.
