Dr Thomas Kuhnle provides corporate transaction advice, at both national and international level. His advice ranges from the legal structure of a transaction and the due diligence review to contract negotiations and post-acquisition integration. He further advises on recapitalisations and crisis transactions. His clients include strategic investors from various fields, private equity institutions, start-ups and venture capital investors as well as family offices and banks.
