Dr. Dominique Gobert is a German and European Patent Attorney and partner with a PhD in physics and over ten years' experience in IP. He focuses on patents in process and automation technology, power systems and metals engineering, advising on prosecution and portfolio strategy and acting in invalidation and litigation proceedings; he has also served as a court-appointed technical expert and as a tutor at the EPO Patent Academy.
