Dr. Abdulamir Al-Faraj is President of the European Court of Arbitration’s Kuwait branch and Chairman of the Maritime Arbitration Unit. He holds a Ph.D. in Maritime Dispute Law, is a Master Mariner with professional certification from the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company, and is an accredited arbitrator and expert registered with international and Arab arbitration centres, representing Kuwait at the International Institute for Conflict Resolution (ISCDR).
