Dr. Ali Khamis Al Alawi is Founder & Senior Partner at Al Alawi & Co. with more than 37 years' experience in Oman, specialising in arbitration, real estate, construction, corporate and commercial law, litigation and intellectual property. He participated in drafting key Omani legislation, served as Head of the Land Registry (1982–1986) and was the first Omani registered with the Supreme Court as a lawyer (1997).
