Ahmed is a Partner in AMJ’s corporate/regulatory practice and is licensed to undertake litigation before the appeal court of Oman. Ahmed is a member of the corporate commercial and regulatory department of the Firm and has a broad range of experience in advising on regulatory matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, corporate regulatory, i.e. conducting, EGM/OGMs share transfers, registration of corporate vehicles, registration of security interests, etc with the concerned regulatory authorities, corporate restructurings, real estate matters, initial public offerings and the planning and development of major infrastructure projects.
