Ursula Rath is a partner and co-head of Schoenherr's capital markets practice, specialising in equity and debt capital markets transactions, investment funds, financial services regulation and M&A in the financial services industry. She advises issuers, selling shareholders, banks, financial institutions and investors on international and local capital markets transactions—including IPOs, secondary offerings, listings, liability management, high-yield notes and private placements—and on regulatory developments such as Brexit contingency planning, PSD II and MiFID II.
