Ewelina Adamczyk has been an attorney at law in Schoenherr’s Warsaw office since 2022, advising domestic and international entities on sale and purchase (asset, enterprise, share deals) of office and retail property in Poland, participating in real estate acquisition, sale and lease processes, and representing investors in administrative and civil proceedings. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar (2018) and graduated from John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Mag. iur., 2014); she also completed the American Law course at the Center for American Law at Catholic University of Lublin in conjunction with Chicago-Kent College of Law (2014).
