Partner with more than 15 years of experience advising banks and other financial institutions on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions and general bank lending. She advises on unitranche, senior, second‑lien, mezzanine and PIK debt, acts for lender syndicates on project and real estate financings, structures intercreditor relationships, and previously worked at White & Case, CMS Cameron McKenna, SSW Pragmatic Solutions and on secondment to a bank's structured finance team; studied in Poland and at Ghent University.
