Sebastian Guțiu is the office managing partner of Schoenherr și Asociații SCA and has headed Schoenherr's firm-wide real estate practice in CEE since 2019. He leads the firm's dispute resolution practice group, has driven the development of Schoenherr Romania's real estate and construction practice, and advises on international investment, ICC and domestic arbitration as well as high-value construction-related claims and restructuring/insolvency matters.
