Partner at Gün + Partners (with the firm since 2005 and partner since 2013), chair of the firm’s life sciences and competition practices and co-chair of the patents and utility models practice. She advises on all phases of life-sciences product lifecycles — including registration/authorization, promotion, pricing and reimbursement, distribution and co-marketing — and acts for originators in complex pharmaceutical patent infringement/validity, data exclusivity and unfair competition matters, while also advising industry associations and government on regulatory policy.
