Pierre Burger is a Director in the Dispute Resolution Department at Werksmans Attorneys, practising predominantly in arbitration and handling high-quantum commercial disputes across a range of sectors. He has a particular interest in international arbitration, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, contributes the South Africa chapter to the World Arbitration Reporter, and serves on the Management Committee of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
