Gul Senguler

Gul is a Partner in Senguler and heads the litigation department of the firm. She advises on a wide range of Turkish Law matters, with a focus on employment and commercial litigation as well as debt collection matters. Gul represents multinational companies in Turkey in reinstatement claims and compensation claims before labour courts, providing daily advice on employment related queries of clients, assisting client during collective dismissal processes, prepares reports in order to assess the potential financial risk of the client in case of collective dismissals, develops settlement strategy with global counsel management.
