Coşkun Şengüler
Coskun Senguler is a former appeal court judge from the Commercial Appeal courts of Turkey. Thereafter he took up the post of senior legal counsel with Cukurova Holdings owner of Turkcell the largest local mobile network provider. He served in that capacity for over 15 years and advised in some of Turkey’s most significant M&A transactions. He has a wealth of legal experience and technical deal knowledge Deal Selection: Advising in the sale of one of Turkey’s largest banks to the Koc group (billion dollar plus deal). Advising on sale and restructuring of industrial machinery business (multi-million-dollar deal). Advising on all aspects of the share transfer and ongoing dispute in relation to the ownership in Turkcell.
