Şahin Ardıyok is a partner and Head of the Competition and Antitrust Group at Balcioglu Selçuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki Attorney Partnership, advising multinational corporations, large Turkish conglomerates, associations and government institutions on PPP projects, administrative and consumer law, competition, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and energy regulations, competition strategies and anti-dumping matters. He has around 15 years' experience on both sides of competition and regulatory enforcement, previously worked as a competition law expert at the Turkish Competition Authority and in a competition boutique as a partner, and is the delegate of Turkey to the ICC Competition Commission and reports to the IBA Competition Law Newsletter.
