Daniel Bilak is a Canadian-qualified lawyer with over 30 years of public and private sector experience in Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe. He is a Partner and Chairman of the Management Committee of Kinstellar’s Ukraine office and has served as Chief Investment Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine and head of UkraineInvest, with particular experience in foreign investment promotion, state-owned enterprises, corporate governance and anti-corruption.
