Maksym Tesliar is Counsel in Kinstellar’s Kyiv office and heads the local Employment & Labour Law service line, focusing on employment matters, military law, immigration and other regulatory issues. He advises on complex employment reorganisations, relocation of business and personnel, mass layoffs, workforce restructuring and labour law audits, and was named to International Employment Lawyer’s Tomorrow’s Leaders 2023 as Ukraine’s sole representative.
