He has extensive experience on major Turkish infrastructure, energy and PPP transactions and acts for banks, ECAs, Islamic and conventional financial institutions, sponsors and other parties on project financings, restructurings, securitisations and capital markets transactions including eurobond, sukuk and covered bond offerings.
