Ebru İnce is Counsel in the Competition department at ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law, with extensive public enforcement experience at the Turkish Competition Authority (January 2009–May 2021), most recently as deputy head of the Supervision and Enforcement Department-I focusing on information technologies, platform services, telecommunications and media. She holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Law and Economics from Bilkent University (MA 2010) and an MSc in Competition and Market Regulation from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (2016), and has published in national and international journals and spoken at conferences.
