İdil Aşkın is an Associate at Şengün & Partners Attorney Partnership, where she advises international and local corporate clients both on routine and complex legal transactions. She provides legal consultancy on investments, trade activities and critical contracts of client companies meanwhile ensuring compliance of their activities with relevant regulations, including but not limited to competition law and data protection. In addition to ensuring compliance with Turkish legislation and safeguarding the rights and interests of client companies within this framework, in line with her with particular focus on legal matters related to international trade and investments, she closely follows global legal developments related to her areas of expertise. At present, a significant portion of her practice is concentrated on corporate law, contracts law, and competition law. She also conducts research and prepares informative documents as part of her work within Şengün & Partners Competition Law Institute. İdil Aşkın also has a keen interest in working with international corporate groups across various sectors, including capital markets, banking and finance, fintech, as well as media, technology and e-commerce.
