Murat Yazıcı is the Founding Partner of YAZICI Attorney Partnership, which he established in 1989. He advises on oil and gas activities as well as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international arbitration, finance transactions and privatizations, and previously held legal and managerial roles at Shell, Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) and Exxon (1974–1989).
