Founding Partner at GNDO Legal (Gündüz Özgenç Attorney Partnership) and Associate Professor in the Department of Fiscal Law at Marmara University Faculty of Law. He combines academic research in international tax law with practice experience, having served as of counsel to an international tax-audit company in Turkey (2012–2022), undertaken visiting- and post-doctoral research at multiple international institutions, serves as the IBFD correspondent for Turkey, and is the author of academic articles and books.
