Pauline Chong is Co-Head of Banking & Finance at Drew & Napier LLC and a Director in the firm’s Corporate & Finance Department, with more than two decades’ experience advising on local and cross-border loan and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure and project financings. She has served as an adjunct tutor/lecturer and was appointed a Teaching Fellow for the Singapore Bar Examinations; she is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
