Melissa Ng is Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution practice at Drew & Napier LLC, focusing on international arbitration and complex commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholder and company disputes, infrastructure and construction projects, and investor–state matters. She has acted in arbitrations under SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, KCAB and ICSID, appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts, formerly served as a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore, and in 2025 was appointed Young Independent Counsel by the Supreme Court of Singapore.
