Yvonne Tang is Managing Director, Intellectual Property at Drew & Napier LLC and practises across all aspects of intellectual property with more than a decade of legal experience, regularly handling trade mark and copyright infringement, passing off, trade mark oppositions, domain name recovery claims and anti‑counterfeiting actions, as well as trade mark registration, brand management and licensing/franchise agreements. She is Vice‑President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), Singapore Group, and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
