Head of Drew & Napier’s blockchain and digital assets practice and concurrently serves as global general counsel for the Ethereum Foundation. He has almost 20 years' experience across China and Southeast Asia advising corporates, private equity and venture capital clients on complex cross-border transactions and fintech, blockchain and digital assets matters, and returned to Drew & Napier in 2019 after over a decade practising internationally, including as a partner at a U.S. "white shoe" law firm.
