Xiaofei Guo
Guo Xiaofei heads the Firm’s China Practice and she specialises in Capital Market, M&A and foreign direct investment (FDI) in China. Since joining the Firm in 2009, she has been involved in a number of China-related IPOs, private and public takeovers in Singapore, FDIs in PRC and cross-border investments in Asia. Xiaofei is based in Singapore but travels regularly between Singapore and China advising clients on a wide range of matters, including Chinese clients’ overseas investments, financing and IPO structures, as well as Singapore and foreign clients’ investments, especially in the mining and energy, TMT, advertising, commercial and residential property, project and retail industries in China. Prior to joining Shook Lin & Bok, Xiaofei worked on China-related M&A, FDI and IPO transactions in another Singapore law firm. · Shook Lin & Bok LLP
