Senior Partner at YKVN with more than 30 years' experience advising on international transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, public and private financings and restructurings; he is active in Vietnam oil and gas matters since the mid-1990s and heads YKVN's international arbitration practice. He regularly advises international companies and funds investing in Vietnam and Vietnamese companies investing internationally and previously led the Southeast Asia corporate practice of DLA Piper (2007–2010) and the Vietnam practice of White & Case (1993–2005).
