Dr. Dzung Luu is a Partner and co-chair of YKVN’s litigation practice in Vietnam with nearly 30 years’ experience handling complex commercial and construction disputes and representing state-owned, local and foreign clients in domestic courts and international arbitrations. He previously served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam and as a UNDP program officer (2002–2007) on legal and judicial reforms, and is an accredited mediator and a VIAC/ICC arbitrator.
