Jane Guan is a Partner in the Competition & Corporate Practice Group at Christopher & Lee Ong in Malaysia, advising on the Competition Act 2010 and all aspects of competition law including cartels, vertical restraints, abusive conduct, merger control and MyCC investigations. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012, joined Christopher & Lee Ong in 2015, and also advises on competition aspects of M&A, compliance and sustainability/ESG matters.
