Siaw Wan is a Partner in Christopher & Lee Ong’s Projects & Infrastructure practice with over a decade of experience in front‑end construction and project development, advising on concession agreements, power purchase agreements, design‑and‑build and EPC contracts, project development partner agreements, handover and operating agreements, and O&M and service agreements. She has worked on conventional power, renewable energy (solar, biomass), rail (LRT, MRT) and infrastructure projects, has acted on M&A of local private companies across various sectors, and is listed as a Leading Individual in Projects by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2019–2022) and as a Rising Star Practitioner by IFLR 1000 (2019–2022).
