Yon See Ting is a Partner in the Corporate practice at Christopher & Lee Ong, Head of the firm's Capital Markets Practice Group and co-head of its Competition & Antitrust Practice Group, with more than 25 years' experience advising on M&A, takeovers, securities offerings, IPOs, corporate restructurings and competition law. She has served on Bursa Securities' Market Participants Committee since January 2021, was previously a member of its Listing Committee since 2014, and has been a Securities Commission Malaysia-appointed Public Interest Director of the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia since 2019.
