Lip San Soh is a partner at Rajah & Tann Asia, leading the firm’s Band 1 projects and energy practice and practising in the International Arbitration and Construction & Projects teams. With over 26 years’ experience he specialises in construction and engineering disputes across Singapore and the region and advises on both contentious matters (litigation, domestic and international arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and mediation) and non-contentious work including procurement structuring and PPP projects in sectors such as waste, power, data centres, hospitals and transportation infrastructure.
