Favian Tan is a Partner in Rajah & Tann Asia’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Singapore, advising on the full spectrum of M&A including public take-overs and privatisations, REIT-related transactions, business and asset sales, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, and corporate restructurings.
