Fazil Hossenkhan is the managing partner of Bowmans' Mauritius office and a corporate and funds lawyer specialising in investment funds, private equity and corporate law. He previously founded FirmWise, led the Funds and Financial Services practice at a leading Mauritian law firm and served as general counsel of the Mauritius Financial Services Commission; he holds an LLB (Hons) from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking and Finance Law from the University of London.
