Tamara Dini is co-head of Bowmans’ Competition Practice, specialising in various aspects of competition law across a broad range of business sectors. She has assisted clients with hostile mergers and cross-border merger notifications in African jurisdictions (including COMESA) and advises on competition compliance and behavioural matters across Africa; she is a member of the American Bar Association’s International Law and Antitrust Law Sections and the Cape Law Society’s Special Committee on Competition Law.
