Ntokozo Nzima is a partner in Bowmans' Johannesburg Corporate/M&A practice, advising on domestic and cross-border private M&A, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, black economic empowerment transactions, and shareholder and joint venture arrangements. She spent six months working in Linklaters’ London office and holds a BCom and LLB from the University of the Western Cape and a Certificate in Advanced Company Law II from the University of the Witwatersrand.
