Jason Van der Poel is a partner in Webber Wentzel's Projects Practice with expertise in project finance, advising lenders, sponsors and contractors on limited-recourse financings across energy, oil & gas, resources and infrastructure, as well as PPPs, joint ventures, construction and operations contracts, power purchase agreements, syndicated loans, bond issues and securitisations. Prior to re-joining Webber Wentzel in 2019 he spent four years as a partner at Allen & Overy specialising in Africa projects and previously worked at Allen & Overy in Amsterdam.
