Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A at WIDEN with more than 15 years' experience advising on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, insolvency and competition matters. She assists with share acquisitions, group reorganisations, employee incentive schemes, represents clients in disputes and throughout M&A processes, and has been involved in restructuring cases under the Law on Insolvency of the Republic of Lithuania; she is also an active lecturer and a board member of the German Baltic Chamber of Commerce.
