Toomas Vaher is a partner at Ellex Raidla and a leading Estonian specialist in dispute resolution with extensive experience in commercial litigation and both domestic and international arbitration. He is a former President of the Estonian Bar Association (2010–2013), has served on the board of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce since 2013, and was appointed to the Permanent Court of Arbitration in 2016 and the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators in 2017; he also serves on commissions dealing with AML and sanction screening and has been involved in drafting related legal acts and Bar regulations.
