With more than 17 years of experience, he advises Lithuanian and international businesses and their owners. Over his career, he has worked with 8 of the 10 largest business groups in Lithuania, along with numerous other clients across Lithuania and abroad. In the field of Lithuanian and international taxation, Ronaldas advises on investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), assesses tax incentive opportunities and risks, and represents clients in disputes with the tax authorities.
