Julija Nikitaravičienė is an associate partner experienced in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including legal due diligence, acquisition, sale and transfer of real estate. Julija has extensive experience in complex real estate tenancy transactions (shopping and business centres, logistics terminals) and real estate management, financing and refinancing projects. Julija’s successfully implemented transactions include consultations to clients in acquisition or tenancy transactions of the business centres 3BURĖS, GO9 and Quadrum, and consultations to the international telecommunications company on the share sale. Her competence to work with the international investors’ community is strengthened by the successful completion of the transactions in 2019 on the lease of Kaunas office of the subsidiary of the US company No Magic Inc. and the EUR 40.5 million secured refinancing agreement of Norwegian real estate investment company EECP at bank Luminor. · Ellex Valiunas
