Miroslav Nosevič is a partner with an extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration. He specializes in cross-border litigation with a focus on banking & finance, real estate and construction disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of judgements and awards. Miroslav also serves as an arbitrator and counsel to international and domestic arbitration proceedings under arbitration rules of the ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitration rules and rules of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
