
Olga Petroseviciene
Dr Olga Petroševičienė is a partner and Co-Hea of Real Estate and Environment practice with experience working on complex and exceptional real estate projects. Olga’s projects include advising the largest group of Lithuanian capital companies in the Baltic States on the sale of the exclusive office building complex S7, which is considered the largest in the Baltic States. She also was responsible for settling and managing the entire complex of litigation related to the collapse of the Maxima store’s roof in Latvia. Olga was also entrusted with the search for legal solutions for the optimal management of a real estate portfolio when creating one of the largest groups of companies in the Baltic States. She additionally represented the leading investor of the largest group of Lithuanian capital companies in family and inheritance law matters.
