Partner and head of Sorainen's Tax practice in Estonia, Kaido Künnapas advises on taxation in M&A, employee incentive plans, tax structuring of investment funds, cross-border employment taxes and novel issues arising from crypto and the digital economy. He holds a PhD in law, was a Fulbright scholar at the University of San Diego and lectures and supervises graduation theses at several Estonian universities.
