M&A specialist at Sorainen with extensive experience advising investors, target companies and sellers across the full transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, merger clearance and post-closing integration. She has led work on significant deals such as the acquisition of Palink (EUR 300 million) and Geonafta, and from 2018–2021 worked at the U.S. Mission to the OSCE in Vienna on finance, governance and budget matters.
