
Leonid Tolstov
Dr. Leonid Tolstov is an accomplished litigator and corporate advisor, representing clients in disputes related to shareholder relations, management liability, and corporate transactions. He has successfully argued landmark cases at all court levels, including the Supreme Court, and is known for helping resolve complex conflicts through negotiation. A dedicated academic, he lectures on non-contractual obligations at the University of Tartu and has published widely in both local and international journals. His doctoral thesis explored the liability of directors towards company creditors.
