Miriam Kleinberger-Attar heads the Labor Law and Employment Department at EBN – Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano and advises domestic and international employers on all aspects of labor law, including M&A-related labor issues, employment litigation (collective and individual disputes and class actions), non‑compete and non‑strike matters, and drafting employment and executive compensation/stock option agreements. She is a certified mediator and provides negotiation and practical day-to-day employment advice to corporate clients.
