Haya Spiegel is a Partner and Co-head of the Labor department at S. Friedman, Abramson & Co., with over two decades of experience advising and representing private- and public-sector clients in labor law, employment relations and litigation. She is noted for handling collective labor disputes and collective agreements, has growing expertise in labor law class actions, and plays an active role in shaping Israeli labor legislation through the Israel Bar Association (including serving as Co-Chair of its Labor Legislation Committee and acting as amicus curiae in precedent-setting cases).
