Partner in the Antitrust Group and in the High‑Tech and Commercial group at Arnon, Tadmor‑Levy & Co., Ronit Amir‑Yaniv advises local and international clients on regulatory approvals for mergers, restrictive trade agreements, compliance programs, criminal investigations, financial sanctions and antitrust/white‑collar litigation, including representation before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal. She also represents startups, hubs, accelerators and funds across multiple technology and consumer sectors, advises corporates on M&A and ongoing commercial matters, represents sports associations and real estate developers, and serves as chair of the antitrust and sports committees at the Israel Bar Association and of the ICC Israel Executive Committee.
